The clinic is being built for widows and orphans, as a result of the Genocide, many of which were raped and infected with HIV and the Aids virus.

The clinic will provide specialist treatments focused on Physiotherapy, Counselling, Ophthalmic, Dental, Ear, Nose and Throat and all related conditions associated with HIV.  The clinic will have six treatment rooms, a waiting area, reception and laboratory for blood testing.

Overseeing the project in Rwanda is genocide survivor John Gakwandi.  He has spoken of the gratitude of the local people, “What you are doing is really a titanic venture of faith.  We appreciate you so much".

Funding required
This project is totally funded by the Isle of Man and our target is £120,000.  We need another £40,000 before May 2010.

All funds from the Thrift shop in Ramsey are being channelled into this project.

Sponsors
We need sponsors to help with the road to the clinic and medical equipment for inside.
